The services on our platform are provided by Mobillity Limited (“Mobillity“ or “we/us“). Our terms comply with the Equality Act 2010. By using our service, you fully accept these terms & conditions. If you do not accept our terms or parts of it, you may not use our service.

Our terms

These terms regulate your usage of our services. Mobillity is a personal money concierge which analyses your financial situation and identifies savings opportunities in your recurring bills & subscriptions and, if applicable, facilitates the cancellation or switch of your recurring service contracts or subscriptions (“service”).

You are obliged to be over 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom in order to be allowed to use our service. You may terminate your account at any time. Please inform us of your intention either directly through our application or via email at feedback@mobillity.co. We have the right to terminate your account in case our systems detect a longer period of inactivity.

In order to perform our services, we need access to several personal information items. This includes, amongst others, name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, provider data, etc.

Our service

Our service allows you to:

  • Upload details of your accounts maintained at third party sites such as your bank account or any account you hold with a third party;
  • Access details of transactions, in particular, recurring transactions;
  • Get an overview of tariffs from different service providers such as energy providers based on your information; and
  • Switch your contracts with service providers such as energy providers to other companies.

Mobillity charges you 10% of the estimated yearly savings we can achieve for you over a period of 12 months. You will be informed before we charge you and we only will charge you in case we have your explicit consent.

You understand that Mobillity is not financed, sponsored or endorsed by any service provider or price comparison website and as a consequence can provide an impartial & transparent service.

Access & Interference

By using our site, you agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer any of our software, database or any other part of Mobillity;
  • Use robots, spiders, scrapers, links or other automated data gathering and extraction programs, software, algorithms or any other manual methodologies to gain access to any part of our application or extract any data from our service.

You understand that your access to Mobillity may be intentionally or unintentionally interrupted from time to time for any reasons, amongst others, failure of technical equipment or changes to our service, which we, in our sole discretion, may elect to take.

Intellectual property

Our service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks or any other property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of our Company. Data security is at the core of our business.

The rights you grant us

You are licensing us any information, data, passwords, credentials, usernames, log-in information, materials or other content (together, “Account Information”) to allow us to provide our service. Mobillity may use and store such Account Information, or part of it, in accordance with these terms and our Data privacy, protection & cookies policy. By submitting your Account Information, you represent that you are entitled to submit it to Mobillity for use for this purpose, without any obligation by Mobillity to pay any fees or other limitations.

By using our application, you explicitly authorize Mobillity to access your Account Information maintained by third party service providers, on your behalf as your agent. When you use our application, you will provide the billing username and billing password for the online account of the respective service provider. Mobillity will use the information such as usernames and passwords to log into the respective online site through Mobillity on your behalf and retrieve the necessary data in order to compare your current tariffs and contracts to other available tariffs and contracts in the market.

For purposes of these terms and to analyse the Account Information for you as part of the Service, you grant Mobillity a specific, limited power of attorney, and appoint Mobillity as your attorney-in-fact and agent, to access the service provider sites, retrieve and use your information with the full power and authority to do and perform each thing necessary in connection with such activities, as you could do in person.

You understand and acknowledge and agree that when Mobillity is accessing and retrieving your account information from third party service provider sites through Mobillity, it is acting as your agent, and not as the agent of or on behalf of a third party. You can revoke any of these rights by terminating your account. Please inform us of your intention either directly through our application or via email at feedback@mobillity.co. We have the right to terminate your account.
